The minimum salary offered for this position is £30,000 pa however the client may pay up to £35,000 pa to those candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilitiesOur client is a rapidly growing medical device supplier that offers career progression and a work culture that is second to none. The company distributes and services devices used within both the medical and dental sector.The Role:
To provide support to customers and the Service division. You will be required to processing Service Contract & Repair orders. Key responsibilities include:
Data Processing within the CRM system for service-related subjects.
Administration of the exchange process of all equipment.
Ordering of spare parts for customers and internal service team.
Processing of all service contract purchase orders.
Invoicing customers for non-contract chargeable service visits.
Checking paperwork submitted internally within the office before archiving or sending out.
Quoting customers for any repair work that needs to be undertaken and obtaining authorisation for the work to go ahead.
Monitoring of all repairs.
Management of Service consumable stock Service report documents and labels.
Booking of PPM visits/Call outs for all Field Based Engineers.
Continual Product development training provided via Representatives. The Candidate:
Experience within a similar customer facing role
Ability who can work on multiple tasks at one time.
Experience in using a range of computer systems including a CRM
Strong communication and organisational skillsThe Package:
Offering up to £35,000 plus bonus (£12-14k), private medical and other benefits
